Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking a photography session with Krunk Stills, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all shoots, deliverables, and interactions between you and Krunk Stills, based in Suffolk County, NY.

2. Copyright & Image Ownership

All photographs taken by Krunk Stills remain the exclusive copyright of Krunk Stills until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive personal-use license to use the delivered images for personal and social media purposes.

Krunk Stills retains the right to use all images — regardless of payment status — for portfolio display, website use, social media promotion, and marketing materials, unless the Client has requested confidentiality in writing prior to the shoot.

The Client may not sell, license, or transfer delivered images to third parties without written permission from Krunk Stills. Commercial licensing (for advertising, dealerships, brand campaigns, etc.) is available at an additional rate — contact us to discuss.

3. Packages & Pricing

• Basic — $70: 30–45 minutes, 5 professionally edited photos, 1 location.
• Standard — $140: 1–1.5 hours, 10–12 edited photos, 1 location.
• Premium — $220: 2–3 hours, 18–20 edited photos, 1 location, includes creative/night shots, priority editing.

Add-ons (subject to availability):

• Extra edited photos: $5 each
• Rush delivery (48-hour turnaround): +$25
• Travel outside Suffolk County: +$20 and up depending on distance

4. Payment

Payment is due in full upon delivery of the final edited images unless otherwise agreed in writing. Krunk Stills reserves the right to withhold delivery of all files until full payment is confirmed. Partial delivery may be offered at our discretion.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

The Client may reschedule a shoot with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee. Shoots cancelled on the day of the session without prior notice may be charged the full package rate.

Krunk Stills reserves the right to reschedule shoots due to severe weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much advance notice as possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable before the shoot
• Obtain any necessary permissions for shoot locations
• Arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce the allotted shoot time without a refund of the difference
• Not hold Krunk Stills liable for damage to the vehicle during photography

7. Editing & Delivery

Krunk Stills will deliver professionally edited photographs within a standard turnaround window communicated at the time of booking (typically 5–10 business days). Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on for an additional $25. The Client will not receive unedited RAW files unless separately negotiated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Krunk Stills is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use delivered images. Our total liability to the Client under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant shoot package.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, NY.
